Setting all 4 links colors in the project settings?

Maybe I’m missing something here: I like to set link colors on a site-wide level for ALL link states:
a: link
a:visited
a:hover
a:active

I can’t find this anywhere in the project settings window. I can only set one color. What am I missing?

That might be a good Wish List item for @norm. Good for setting up the esthetic of links for a site globally.
