Adjusting height of paragraph/testimonial on carousel (phone)

I’ve played around with custom classes to get the text to fit on the carousel image-it’s fine on desktop, tablet, but I’m unable to adjust it to work for phone view. What is the best way to do this with a custom class?

I’m working on a second web site–this one is for my husband’s plumbing/construction business and would like to include testimonials on the phone view as most customers would be using a handheld device.

For issues like this I would use one block that is visible on tablet and desktop and another that is visible on mobile.

You may then find it easier to get the mobile version to behave as you wish.
