Is there any way to create a menu like this in attached image? I would like to have a menu with 2 rows, when both rows are always visible. When I click to item in first row, it opens another items/options in second row.
How can I create sticky buttons like this in image? I would like to have visible this buttons all the time, when I scroll in the page.
