Has anybody been able to create percentage circles like these. They are pretty standard on Wordpress but trying to figure out how to add these or something similar

You can use a HTML widget and the html + css code from your example inside Blocs.
I only added an extra class to reduce the size of the chart inside blocs which ended up insanely huge.
