I’m super new to blocs, so please forgive my ignorance if this already exists. But Blocs is built for Mac users. So why can you not import their own native video file format .Mov files into the Asset Manager ?
I don’t think .mov is good for web usage. You want mp4 for browser compatibility.

Blocs is a Mac App, but the websites you create are used by multiple platforms, some file types are just better to use.
If you want a great app to convert your .mov file Handbrake is excellent, free, and used by a lot of people here.
