Automatic back-up when opening an existing project

I’d like to see automatic back-up when opening an existing project. Yes, this could be done manually but it’s a fag.

Freeway always copied the file on opening, meaning that if you &$@%%@£ up, your project was safe and sound as of an hour or two ago.

Any chance, please, @Norm?

Time machine.

Any backup by Norm won’t save you from a drive crash.

Even so I still regularly save my project file to a new file very regularly simply because I can go back to an earlier version easily. Even Proj1, proj2, proj3, etc. It’s no effort. Or even duplicate in finder.
