Does anyone have a recommendation for a simple chat widget that works well with Blocs? I have a subscription to Elfsight apps and they offer a chat widget but I don’t like it because when a website visitor initiates a chat, they can’t just chat in the window, but instead they get redirected to an app like Messenger, etc. (you can configure which app when you configure the widget). I just want visitors to be able to type into the chat box (usually in the lower left corner of the screen). Even if it sent the messages they type into an email, I’d be ok with that.
I’m using Oncehub a lot. It does automated conversations and allows customers to schedule bookings as well.
