Blocs 3.x Problem.
Columns horizontal optimisation in tablet or mobile mode have no option for reposition of columns.

This is not a bug. The options changed, You have control over the actual columns.
This will explain what’s possible now.

These options can be set per breakpoint. So you now have much more control over your layouts.
Tip: start from the mobile breakpoint and work your way up, so set the size you want on mobile first then go back up through the breakpoints.
