Blocs converter to WP

My friend just ask me if his Blocs website can be converter (exported or saved) as a WordPress site?
If that can be done are there any instructions (step by step) anywhere on how to do that?

Not directly. You can create a WordPress theme with Blocs that uses the same basic styling, then add content such as images and text through WordPress via the admin area. You could check out the nine video tutorials on Youtube.

I was hoping it would be easier than that. Something like export, save or convert. :slight_smile:

They are fundamentally different and WordPress is database driven. You might find Volt is a better match for your needs, but even that will require step by step updating. There is no magic wand that will simply convert a static Blocs site into a CMS solution in a single step.

Believe me, if it was up to me, I wouldn’t use WP.

Sometimes it has a place, but it’s not automatically the best choice. Luckily Blocs gives us options.
