Blocs disappear

Hello friends, I don’t know if it’s only me or other users who have encountered this problem…but when building a carousel or other blocks some elements disappear and each time I restart the construction.

Example I build a carousel of opinions and many blocks have disappeared on my left interface and I have no idea what causes it. During the construction it goes well and after I don’t know what happens (see screenshot)

I can’t help, but I had the same problem a few months ago, but a full restart of the computer seemed to clear it up.
