Blocs3 menu tutorials?

I’m at an impass with some simple menu issues with Blocs3.

  1. I want one of my menu items to be a dropdown to show certain other pages and
  2. there is no hamburger menu showing when the screen goes to small devices

Yes, really basic stuff but I can’t find detailed instructions for either of these for Blocs 3, just some old ones using B2 methods and they don’t seem to be working for me! Outdated maybe?

Are there complete and detailed instructions for creating a menu using B3 or are methods in B2 absolutely identical and I just need a lot more coffee.

OK! I watched an older B2 video on Mouse over menu and was able to get the drop down portion working although the white color makes it invisible.
another post but a step forward!
