Since update to 4.2.0 & Bootstrap 5 carousels are not working the same.
That was a problem in beta testing, but should be fixed by now.

still a problem with me.
carousel seems to autoplay (which i hate)
Also the new project settings ‘combine all js & combine all css’ seem to have strange effects on the carousel.
Trying various things before resorting back to bootstrap 4, slow process as preview & live showing different results.
I have previously found that combining all JS and CSS seems to cause problems and not just with Blocs. It happens elsewhere as well.
As it happens I am building a site now with a dozen pages including carousels and decided to leave them on BS4 during beta testing, but I’ll have another go soon and see how it works now with BS5.
Might be worth sending the project file along with a bug report though as it could enable Norm to identify any lingering bugs. A new beta is due out tomorrow I believe, which should include the stable shipping version of BS5, so that will enable to Norm to work more effectively.

I think its back to BS4 for a while, will look at sending bugreport.
The combine issue is patched and ready for 4.2.1.
I’ll take a look at the other issue.
