I’m new here and starting from the beginning.

I’m having a hard time adjusting the site for different devices.

At each breakpoint do I need to adjust the entire site?
Is there a way to make this automatic?
How to adjust background images?

Could you send me tutorial videos talking about it.

Yes you control the way content looks per breakpoint. Depends on design to what needs adjusting.

Blocs has a bunch of short videos and also a knowledge base. Best place to stop first.
