I am not seeing this. I did see something similar a couple times during beta testing. I would send in a bug report with as much relevant information as possible, which I gather you have already done.

This is something I saw once or twice in earlier beta testing, but it would often disappear just by restarting Blocs from memory. I’ve not seen it in quite a long time now. It would be curious to know what OS version etc you are using if that has any influence here. I have one computer on Mojave and another on Big Sur. Both are Intel.
No doubt similar to many others. Big Sur on a fairly modern Intel should be fine.
