Cannot connect to localhost

Anyone have this problem?

When I try to preview in the browser I get the error “We can’t connect to the server at localhost.”
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks Norm, it seems to have sorted itself out.
I’ll keep this mind if it happens again.
