can’t seem to get switches to work at the end of the form, so customer can choose how to be contacted. the buttons are greyed out and you cant click on them,

They should work in Preview. They wont in design.
I have managed to get them to work, i had to change the ID to ‘optin1’ ‘optin2’ ‘optin3’
when i get the email it says true or false for each one
