I have an issue with my home page and I would like to delete it, keep the other pages and recreate this page from scratch.
The problem is that I don’t see how I can set another page to be the home page and delete it, the button delete does not appears for this page.

Unfortunately as far as I can tell that is the only page that cannot be deleted. It is pretty much the root to the whole site within blocks.
