Will the website created with blocs compatible with windows, android, google chrome, and firefox?

Blocs websites are based on Bootstrap framework, so whatever devices and browsers Bootstrap supports, Blocs will support as well. Check out the articles from Bootstrap website below to learn more.
Bootstrap 4 Compatibility
Bootstrap 5 Compatibility
Blocs 4.1 supports Bootstrap 4, while Blocs 4.2 will support both Bootstrap 4 and Bootstrap 5 frameworks (it’s currently in beta).
