Hi @tom2, I’m using PHP Jabbers contact form generator. Works as a charm! Take the developers version which is $29 only as it allows you to customise if needed.

Hi @Eldar here you go. I’m using it for membership registration. Feel free to subscribe :laughing:, when done it will redirect you to a custom build payment script build by Stivasoft (PHP Jabbers ofr online payment with our local bank. :moneybag:
