How can I copy a block or bric from a page and paste it on another?
The short answer is that you can’t at present and I’d be the first to say we need this option. What you can do is create template pages and then delete or add items as required. You can also duplicate a page or bloc to another page and adjust as needed.

Hi,
Just select the bloc and duplicate it to any page you want. You can do that by pressing Command + D, or using the right-click.
You can’t do that to individual brics, but you can duplicate the bloc to another page, and then just drag the bric you want.
