I was wondering if any designers are using anything for creating surveys for clients that also collect the data.
We had a good discussion a while back using MailChimp and I’ve implemented this with three of my clients and it works great. They are very happy with the results.
Does anyone have any experiences they would like to share creating and using surveys?

Awesome! Thanks ScottinPollock, should have thought about it, hehe. Last time I checked Google forms was quite ugly. I guess these days they allow you to customise the look more
