I just noticed the data source option in the side panel of Blocs when clicking on a paragraph or header bric, which has various options linking it to Page Name, SEO Page Title, SEO Page Description or None. When I checked the Blocs documentation this was listed under the CMS section, so I basically wanted to know if this is something completely irrelevant to static sites that be ignored or could it still be useful?
