Disappearing options in Blocs

I’m seeing something strange here where options for different Blocs become invisible when passing over them with the cursor. I’ve made a quick video showing what is happening and this is in beta 10 of 2.3. https://infinit.io/_/3ay54h2

This also happens after selecting Gallery but doesn’t appear to happen in other modes. I see this in both global and dynamic areas.

This is fixed and ready for the release candidate of 2.3, hopefully shipping tomorrow afternoon.
