You might want to check out Gumroad.com or Paddle.com (corrected in edit). Both deal with the files, payments and invoicing. I’ve used Gumroad myself to sell my ebook.

I am using paddle.com, which acts as reseller and handles VAT handling for digital purchases.

Fastspring may be an option. Not the simplest setup but generally capable and very good for legal compliance.
