I would like to use an automatic subject for an e-mail link right away.
Does anyone know how?
I take it you searched online first 
You can add parameters to mailto: by following the email address with ?
So subject is
?subject=my subject
There are others like
?cc=
?bcc=
?body=
If you want to add multiple ones. Only the first one uses a ? The rest are separated by a &
