Blocs is first and foremost not a content management system. However, you can make some sections/containers editable for your client by using the Brics pulse or october.

Integrating one of these, will allow your client to make various edits to determined limited areas across the site once the site is launched.
I had a look at October recently with Blocs and concluded that the editing would probably scare most clients, because it was surrounded by code. For clients I think it needs to be more like Wordpress where you can type normally in clearly designated areas and have it appear as expected after publishing.
