How would someone add/integrate a Facebook Ad integration within their sites to track conversion rates? I have an ad on Facebook, however, Facebook requires that you track on your web site. I figured out I can put the additional code to the header of the page - however how would i attach the following script to the submit button or content within the page? Thank you.
