How change the weight a font outside of what Blocs offers in the drop down choices?
Install the right fonts to begin with. I try and select fonts that have a range of weights, as it makes it more flexible.

What if you want it larger than Blocs offers, but you want a specific font?
If you want a really heavy font, choose one that offers it. Simple really.
What if that font, does not offer the weight I want?
You cant make happen what isn there. Its not magic. (its also not a Blocs issue).
Thats why for some fonts, when you select a heavier font nothing changes. Make it part of your early design considerations. Pick fonts that have the range and weights you want to use.
