Goodbye blocs and the forum

after being with blocs for years – from version 2 until 6 pro – i am leaving.

It is not because Blocs had always glitches (the attachment-glitch a while ago and some minor problems that were always present, although they were very annoying).

And it is certainly not because of the brics produced by talented people, that are always helpful on this forum, the good templates by many people or the supreme blocs masters bundle.

all in all i spent probably about 2000+ euros since 2019 in the blocs cosmos.

it simply is, because i do not feel, that the way norm and helen are operating this is leading to a consumer friendly environment that in any way has a useful past, present or future.

yesterday and today i critizised openly and in PMs that supply emails were not answered and general questions on the cazoobi bric pages and as well on this forum specific to cazoobi products are not answered – which is in my humble opinion a must.

With the result of being told, that this forum is not a support hotline and i should use the support mail adress. And that was after i said my emails were not being answered and i just came to the forum because of that.

So i seem to be stuck in nowhere for years. Nowhere.

At last norm did not even say a small ’sorry for not answering your emails’. instead he just closed the message thread.

this is no way, i want to be treated as a customer. – i just can say the following: accept criticism as a free gift from your customer to make things better. And: if you can`t communicate professionally with your customers, get a pro to handle those things.

seriously: blocs might be alright as a software, but i do want producers that welcome the enduser and provide solutions not frustration.

Hi @gwgwgw

Thanks for your feedback and for supporting Blocs over the years.

I’m sorry you feel let down by your support experience. While the forum isn’t our official support channel, I understand how frustrating it is when you feel your concerns haven’t been addressed.

I’ve also tried to explain why your comments were removed from the original thread, but it seems we haven’t been able to reach a mutual understanding on that point.

We appreciate your feedback, and although we’re sorry to see you go, we wish you all the best with your future projects.

Many thanks

Helen
