I think it would be awesome to have purely a CSS editor. I am just a visual person that would be awesome if I cloud take just CSS file and edit it. and could upload a CSS file and edit what I want that page to look like then export the CSS file. I hope this make sense.
I use lot of pre-written scripts for code canyon and phpjabbers. And lot of times I just want to edit the visual aspects.
