Longtime RapidWeaver+Stacks user taking a first look at Blocs. I’m wondering if I can duplicate a feature that has gained me quite a few clients over the years. Namely, a hero header with a 2-slide slider/carousel element. The first slide is an autoplay video (a very short ‘logo reveal’ created in DaVinci Resolve) that fades into the second slide, which contains a static image background image overlaid with text and CTA content. The standard Blocs carousel doesn’t seem to support this use case, but it may be possible with addon Brics like Swiffy or AnyVideo (I can’t really tell from the descriptions provided).
I’m based in Japan and all of the sites I make are for Japanese clients, so I was very pleased to note that Blocs 4.5 has added Japanese UI support. (I need to hire a Japanese assistant to expand my business, but the RW/Stacks UI is English-only.)
Any suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated.
