Hosted images for backgrounds

Hi all,

I use a hosted image server (Sirv) for all my responsive images, with an embed code pasted into the code brick. This works really nicely.

But so far, I’ve not found a way I can do this for image backgrounds? Does anyone know of a technique/work around?

Hi,

I had a similar problem but in a different configuration so i may not be helpful directly.

Anyhow, background-images are embedded & have their path defined in the CSS file as “classes” while standard pics are HTML links.

I don’t know how you handle that in your CDN, but you have to rewrite those urls in a semantic html code.
