How do I do this in Blocs?

I’ve had a quick search, but is there a definitive way to password protect a page? Or a way to do a landing page offering free resources etc in exchange for customer details?

I’ve seen people using Sitelock, which might do the job.

I’m also curious if there’s a way that Blocs can output html code for emails in the way that Joe Workman’s email stacks do for Rapidweaver?
