Image cropping and sizing ability?

I am having to work with a lot of images and have to go back and forth between Blocs and an image editor to get the size and cropping right. Is there a bric or some sort of a plug-in that enables image sizing and cropping ability directly within Blocs?

I am currently using Blocs version 4.1.1

Checked on the Blocs site. One has to upgrade to Blocs Plus to get those features amongst others. Any bric that specifically enables sizing and cropping? - Editing ability not required.
