I am able to create an interaction here by clicking on the icon and going to the contact page as shown below.
It’s a pity that I cannot do the same when selecting the header above or indeed the entire bloc. I tried turning that header text into a link, but it automatically shrinks to the size and colour predefined in the project settings with no option to override in the side panel. The current text sizing on that header was set in the side panel, creating a custom class, but this is overridden if I turn it into a link.
