Is it possible to have a menu thats horizontal and virtical on mobile?

I would like a menu thats horizontal on desktops/ tablets and virtical on mobiles

is this possible as ebay seems to block the hamburger style menu.

Hello,

It is possible, and it is actually how it works by default in Blocs. On mobile you have a menu (hamburger) icon that activates the vertical menu. I am not sure what you mean by ‘eBay seems to block’ that.
