Is there anything for Blocs that could be used as a searchable knowledge base?
I see someone else had this question a few years back and suggested Heroic KB Plugin for Wordpress. Can that be used in a Blocs non Wordpress environment?
Sure. Volt CMS blog gives you a searchable blog, like KB articles. Maybe not really what you’re looking for, just wanted to mention.

No, that wouldn’t be possible. I’ve just set up OsTicket for a project. The layout is a bit dated but you can easily change this with a template or by modifying the CSS file.
Alternatively, the Knowledge Base script from PHP Jabbers could be a solution.
