It’s resolved itself somehow!!!
I’ve added ‘Home’ to the top menu and it shows in Preview Mode but not on the published site.

works fine for me, you need to clear your cache it looks like its sticking. As a rule of thumb if export or preview in browser don’t show changes, refresh the page a few times using the browsers refresh button.
Back the day when I first started coding websites this caught me out a lot.

Thanks Norm, the issue’s gone now, it was intermittently happening when reloading the page (Command+R), came and went, weird.
