Menu colours

Hi.
I have 2 minor issues.

1. The mobile menu links are black on a black background, so invisible.
   How do I change their colour (either text or background)?
2. I have a alternative footer for mobile devices. The links show white, but the 2 phone numbers (with the same ‘white text’ custom class are also black. I guess it’s to do with the fact they are phone links, but how do I override the colour to white?
