I have launched version 2.0 of the Minimalist Library for Blocs. This version focuses on improving performance, overall structure and organization, section quality, and providing a much better previewing experience. Visit the new Blocs Library website to learn more.
Before upgrading, make sure to update the Blocs app to version 5.2.4, which was released today.
The Minimalist Library Version 2.0 is available for free to all existing customers and members. I am already working on version 2.1, which will bring improvements to the Navigation and Hero sections, including completely new sections.
For others reading this post:
I followed your instructions for removing the old minimalist library and templates, and installing ML V2.0.
Just to let everyone know, Eldar has a video on how to do this.
I followed that video and all went very smoothly on my laptop.
Now I plan to install it on my main Mac soon.
Glad you liked it! It was a lot of work to put this together!
The previewing experience is almost as important as the actual product, and it will play even bigger part in the coming months (when I start to add new sections with advanced interactions, which will be much better to preview online instead of just a screenshot).
Assuming the conventional Bootstrap markup is being used, it’s highly possible/likely Offcanvas Helper will work with the Offcanvas’ in the Library, giving uses some additional nocode options - best of both worlds.
Anyone got both, to try? PM, me, as there is likely just one thing to do, to make it work.
