Desktop looks a great, but Mobil looks bad.

My home page video doesn’t show on Mobil.

There are huge gaps (space) in Mobil. I don’t have any padding between my blocs.
I’m just a basic user, so you’re help is greatly appreciated.

Might want to check those Blocs padding setting again. You have 100px applied on those blocs. Same with the footer:

This is what I see on every bloc. The Padding says none. Could I have done this in another spot?

Yep, thats how you decide how things flow on various devices. Responsive design.
There are a couple of ways of making something set across the breakpoints though. Set the padding on the XS and it will be the same for larger breakpoints, unless you set the padding on one of those. You can also hold down the alt key as you select an option in the right panel, and most of them will apply to all breakpoints (most
