Mouse over to a new image and text

Hey all,

I am new to this forum. I need to build a website with images that changes once the user pass the mouse over them, with a nice transition. Then it should appear a text.
I found a nice code here (the first one should be perfect). But I don’t know where exactly put it. Plus, I don’t know how to insert a text once the new images appear (it can be paint on the image, I guess, but I don’t think it’s the perfect solution).

OK, I was able to find a solution following this tutorial.
I set the text size to zero so it doesn’t appear before passing the mouse over.
My only issue is that the text is on top even if I set the button to stay on center and the image is not responsive.

The tutorial is for creating a button, I can’t create a similar situation with an image.

I used this code and I applied it on a custom HTML block. My only issue is that I am not able to change the font and the size of the words. Using online editors I can.
