Mouseover-Action for Pictures

I have already transferred all my websites to blocs and love it. But one still is missing because I don’t know how to realize a mouseover-action. (I used to use freeway) I would like to keep it (pictures):

Needing Mouseover Help

I’m redesigning a website using blocs and my client is wanting to add a feature where when you mouseover one image another image takes it’s place as long as the mouse is over it. I know very little about code (which is why I’m loving Blocs) but I see no easy way to add this thus far. Thanks for the assist.
