I have purchased update of Blocs 3, but I can’t find the e-mail where it should be the Licence number! I have try get the lincense number trough " Request License Number" -page. But it does’t help! What to do?

What do you mean by no luck ? Have you entered the email with which you licensed Blocs 3 ?
I have just tried it myself and it works fine - I got an email with all details of my license.

Yes - I have entered my email, but I don’t receive the licence number in to my email!
Have you checked your junk or spam folder ?
