@norm, It will be great to implement multiple page settings change. Imagine having 100 pages website, then the client comes and says - I want an Italian version? Duplicate works great to duplicate the 100 pages but them 100 times I have to open each page setting and change Language to Italian. Optimizations like this are very much needed for Blocs.

Would you not to change the content on each to page Italian?
Yes I will be changing the content to Italian, but page settings can be streamlined, even thought the Titles and description and keywords also will be manually changed.
So you would have to open each page and change the content anyway?
Yes but how about we don’t have to click extra exactly 88 times? Sometimes this info will not be updated or lets say I want that description info to be the same on 40 other pages? Can I do that? So, the request is automation for editing page settings not just the language.

That in general is a fast option but the client is very specific we should not use auto translate on any page. He will use an agency to translate every page in any language.
