New Button in Blocs v6 Spacing Section?

I’ve recently updated to Blocs v6 and noticed a new button that looks like a chain-link at the top right of the spacing tools (to the right of the word Margin). It doesn’t have a tooltip, the documentation is still harking back to pre-v6 and doesn’t mention the change. Its function is not obvious what does this button do?

If selected, all margins or paddings of that element will be linked and the same, if not you set each margin as you want
