When I create a new page it somehow duplicates home page (I don’t use duplicate option) and If I do any changes on newly created page it gets reflected on home page. Does anyone know what’s causing this?
It sounds to me like you have everything in the global areas, either top (above top blue line) or bottom (below lower blue line) of the page, and not in the central dynamic area.
The global areas appear on every page whether duplicated or not.

How do I move them out of it?
Select the bloc in question, then press cmd + alt and use the arrow keys to move the item up or down out of the global area.

I had the same problem recently, new to BLOCS somehow I have placed the wrong items in the global areas & was wondering what was going on.
