I have the whole structure, and I just need to go placing the contents, but I want to know if in this part:

every time the mause passes through that section it blinks white, it takes a long time to load the images, even when I adjust the width of the navigator or change the section, and I pass the maouse on that section it blinks white, it takes a long time for it to visualize as such, someone knows how to avoid that flicker…

I don’t see the flashing, but I suspect its all to do with the size of your images. They all need compressing to reduce their size to improve loading speed. Slow loading images often cause the pages to jitter about as more of the page content gets loaded. This may give the impression of flashing.
