I think I wasn’t clear enough on how I have done that. I placed a regular full screen bloc with content as a first bloc. Then, I placed hero with sticky nav enabled under it (you can put it anywhere, even in footer).

The effect looks identical to me. Maybe I am missing something.

BTW, the hero bloc I place below will not have a navigation visible. All you need to do is to make it shorter using classes, and it will serve as a regular bloc.

EDIT. By the way, the transparency on Wedding template is by design. You can make it just solid white.

Oh OK, just checked the source code. Page transition combined with fade down. Very clever!
