Preview and export problems

Hi!

Has anyone had a similar problem since the update…

My HTML page displays correctly in the Blocs preview. However, after exporting, all the images in the slider galleries are missing? Also, my localhost preview doesn’t work on Safari or Firefox. My shortcuts are all correct and are displayed correctly. However, Blocs almost always crashes when exporting.

Thanks in advance :relieved:
Phil

Blocs: 6.1.5
macOS Sequoia 15.4.1

Which version of Blocs did you use previously before V6.1.5?

I would suggest downloading directly and reinstalling and rebooting your Mac.

6.1.4.

Thanks, I’ll try it right away.

There are apparently two problems here.

I fixed the first one by reinstalling Blocs using the link. Blocs no longer crashes.

The preview not loading in Safari and Mozilla has something to do with the gallery sliders… It primarily affects older sites. I’ve discovered that there are more indicators displayed than there are actual images in the gallerie-sliders? And that the preview in Safari and Firefox loads if you wait for more than 5 minutes. Could this be a problem with the webp images?

No, correction - blocs still hangs - or calculates 5 minutes?

How old are the sites that hang? Which version of Blocs did you make these in?

2017…but has been updated several times a year since then without any jumps between the blocs versions…and has never caused any problems?

If I recreate the same gallery slider directly below the old one, I can see that the ALT-labels/names have changed. Now it says “slide 1” instead of the image name like before…Does that get confused when loading?

Its hard to tell, I would suggest sending in a bug report I may need your file.

Thank you very much.

I’ll do that.

Rebuilding all gallery sliders has resolved the issue. Although the preview still doesn’t work, the images are now loading at a normal time.
